Processing Time

Each unit is handcrafted with care and made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
    •    Pre-Order Units: Require 14–30 business days for completion (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    Ready-To-Ship Units: Ship within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.
    •    Bundles, Lace, and Hair Products: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Please plan accordingly and place your order early if you need your unit by a specific date. If you have a special timeframe, feel free to reach out — I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS and include tracking information.
A signature confirmation is required for delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.

Important Notes:
    •    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Wigs By Her is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, delays, or mishandling by carriers.
    •    Once your package has shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Fees Include:
    •    Full insurance coverage in the rare event of loss or damage during transit.
    •    If a package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Out-of-State / International Orders:
    •    All packages are shipped fully insured.
    •    Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country.
    •    We are not liable for customs delays.

Important Info

Please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a pre-order unit.
Your braids should be flat and small to ensure accurate sizing.
Wigs By Her is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Custom Color Disclosure

Please note that colors of wigs may vary slightly from the photos.
    •    I strive to match each unit as closely as possible.
    •    Highlights or unique color patterns may look slightly different due to lighting or dye variations.
    •    Each unit is handcrafted, so slight differences in color or texture are normal.

Rest assured, we aim to recreate every unit as accurately as possible!

Returns & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all wig units are made to order and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Wigs, lace products, and hair extensions are considered personal-use items and are not eligible for return under any circumstances once delivered.

Exceptions

Our Responsibility

In the rare event that Wigs By HER makes an error in fulfillment (such as an incorrect item or confirmed manufacturing defect), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution may include, at our sole discretion:

• A replacement or remake of the item,

• Store credit, or

• A partial refund when appropriate.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and/or video documentation. Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Wigs By HER reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unaltered

• Lace intact

• In original packaging

Approval must be received prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled on the same day they are placed before 11:59 PM EST.

Once production or customization begins, orders cannot be canceled, and payment becomes final and non-refundable.

By placing an order with Wigs By HER, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of purchase.
